Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your account and viewing order history
- Contacting our customer support team
Returns & Exchanges
Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible for Return
- Unworn items in original condition
- Items with all original tags attached
- Items in original packaging
- Items returned within 30 days
Not Eligible for Return
- Worn or damaged items
- Items without original tags
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return an Item
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account, go to your order history, and click "Return Item" on the order you wish to return. Or contact our customer support team.
Pack Your Item
Place the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return slip provided in your order.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid return label (if provided) or ship the package to our returns center. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We're happy to help!
To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible while your return is being processed.
For exchanges of the same item in a different size, contact our customer support team for expedited processing.
